sweet, fastest takes 5 minutes longer than shortest! Compare it to Waze.
Maybe "fastest" means "highest MPH".

My old Honda Civic Si would absolutely avoid unverified roads. There was such a section on my way to work - just before leaving the verified roads (at the county line), it would be trying to get me to turn around and take the highway. As soon as I "committed" to those unverified roads by crossing the county line, it apparent sighed and said OK... and my remaining time would drop by 5 miles and 10 minutes.
Sadly, it didn't have a "shortest" option. Those are often the most fun.

FWIW, the nut removal was a huge success. It's just laying around looking kind of deflated with a big saucer around it's neck for the next couple weeks since it can't get down there to see what happened.

Ha, it must since it involves the Turnpike. I have to question it's choice of the easiest route, since it involves PA-28...which everyone around here knows is rarely the easiest.
